Job Overview

IndiaFilings is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented USA Sales Executive to manage leads and clients from the United States. The role involves consulting potential customers, understanding their business needs, and recommending suitable business registration, tax, and compliance services.

This is an onsite role in Chennai, working during US business hours, with potential opportunities to travel abroad for client meetings, business expansion initiatives, and company events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Convert leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update lead status in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or inside sales experience (international sales preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Chennai during night shifts (US time zone).
  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
