Role Overview - The Senior Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing BECO’s end-to-end warehousing operations across India. This role ensures efficient inventory management, cost control, compliance, and seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to support rapid business growth
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock visibility
- Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First In First Out) for inventory movement
- Maintain and update bin cards for all SKUs at warehouse locations
- Monitor stock levels, inward & outward movements, and reconcile discrepancies
- Identify and report stock variances, damages, and shrinkage
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth stock flow
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with inventory control processes
- Generate MIS reports on stock status, discrepancies, and inventory ageing
- 1–4 years of experience in inventory control / warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of FIFO, cycle counting, and bin card management
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG / D2C / E-commerce industry
- Knowledge of inventory audits and stock reconciliation
