Senior UI/UX Designer

Rite KnowledgeLabs is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to design creative, content-focused corporate websites for top MNCs and Indian brands.

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai is perfect for someone who is experienced in corporate website design, with a flair for visual storytelling and a strong aesthetic sense. A hands-on senior designer who can create elegantly simple user interfaces and who is hungry to do award-winning design work.  You'll ideate and execute UI designs, present your rationale to senior leadership and clients, and create impactful digital experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Design Expertise: Proven experience in web/online design for corporate websites, online UI, high-fidelity mock-ups, social media creatives and presentations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
• Creative Proficiency: Skilled in creating design systems, applying colour, typography, iconography, illustration, animations, and modern UI layout techniques.
• Responsive Design: Understanding of Responsive Web Design, Mobile-first design and UX principles to adapt it for content-heavy corporate websites.
• Leadership Skills: Present concepts and exert a high degree of influence to internal teams and clients for feedback and alignment.
• Professional Development: Actively pursue on-going learning for self and the team by participating in educational opportunities, staying abreast of industry publications, and engaging in design seminars with a focus on effective storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Commercial Art, Visual Arts, or Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from a reputed design school. A strong portfolio of web design is a must.
• Professional Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UI design for corporate websites.
