Job Overview: Assistant Manager will lead a team to deliver a wide range of projects in various media. The responsibility to develop innovative graphics that meet business goals - working in tandem with cross functional teams - Product (Hardware and Software), LMS, Marketing and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Graphic Team’s delivery of the following:
2. Designing for print - product packaging, manuals/booklets, arenas, creative skins, website, etc.
3. Graphical content for social media, mobile application UI, software UI, other digital and promotional channels, etc.
4. Creating graphical content for offline resources like pamphlets, brochures, posters, standees, catalogs etc. for marketing/BD purposes.
5. Typically the design process will be as follows:
6. Understanding the project, requirements and deliverables.
7. Thinking creatively and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts.
8. Preparing rough drafts and iterations.
9. Evaluation and approval of design that meets the requirements.
10. Delivering the final output to execution.
11. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as may be required for the delivery of your responsibilities.

Technical Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in the Design background is preferred. Must be rooted in a sound understanding of design principles, tools and techniques.
2. Candidates should have an established prowess in graphic design in a strong portfolio of vector graphics and typography that translates multiple media.
3. Leadership skills are essential. Experience with team leadership.
4. Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a must.
5. Moderate proficiency in motion graphics using softwares like Adobe AE, C4D or even beginner softwares like Webflow, Flinto, Lottie is a plus. 
6. Familiarity with multimedia content development, website design is valuable.
7. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
