About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to improve product experiences.
• Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistent UI across platforms.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Optimize products for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing real product or web design projects.

Required Skills

• Experience working with design systems preferably with an agency
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints.
• Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics.
