Job Description

Hands on experience in Testing of GIS equipment, Transformers, Reactors, CT, PT, LA and other Switchyard equipment for voltage levels 66kV and above.
Testing and Commissioning of Substation Auxiliary Systems like LT Switchgears, DC Boards, and Battery & Chargers. Lighting Panels etc
Hands on experience on various Test kits used for GIS, AIS equipment & Substation stability Testing.
Understanding the Testing & Commissioning requirements up to 765kV GIS & AIS substations. Preparation & Finalization of site testing & commissioning report formats as per customer requirements.
Planning of testing & commissioning activities as per the project schedules.
Coordination with Site testing agencies to carry out the testing activities as per planning.
Submission of site Testing and Commissioning reports as per formats for customer review and signing
Keeps the Testing & commissioning documentations in order and ensures that the latest revisions are used for the site commissioning works.
Knowledge on Line, Transformer differential & Reactor Protection Relays of various Manufacturers.
Detailed understanding of Control and relay panel schematics and scheme checking.
Knowledge on Communication equipment’s i.e. PLCC & FOTE
Coordination with execution team at project site for the As-built Drawing preparation.
