Accounts Associate

MAMOUSHKA Pvt Ltd, a premium luxury furniture and lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience managing high value accounts, with specific expertise in GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the furniture industry, both in manufacturing and retail sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain high value company accounts.
• Oversee GST, TDS compliance, and invoicing processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and providing detailed financial analysis using Excel.
• Collaborate with the internal team to streamline financial processes.
• Support with audits and any financial queries related to manufacturing and retail sales.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the furniture manufacturing and retail sales industry.
• Proven track record in managing high value accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing processes.
• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
