We are looking for an experienced ETL & Automation Tester with strong expertise in data validation, automation frameworks, and API testing. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in QA testing within the Investment Banking domain and a strong understanding of automation and database technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for ETL and data validation processes.

Validate data integrity across multiple systems including DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

Perform REST API and middleware testing using native and third-party Java libraries.

Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) approaches.

Work closely with development and business teams in an Agile environment.

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or TeamCity.

Perform SQL-based data validation including data retrieval, updates, and inserts.

Participate in defect tracking, reporting, and resolution using JIRA.

Ensure version control and code management using Git or Subversion.

Support continuous improvement of QA methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

3 to 6 years of overall experience as a QA Test Analyst.

1 to 3 years of experience in the Investment Banking domain (preferred).

--- Must tohave skills---

Strong automation experience using Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and ANT.

Hands-on experience in REST API / Middleware testing.

Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience in DB2 / Oracle / MS SQL Server.

Experience working with CI tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.

Experience using source code control systems like Git or Subversion.

Hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle (SDLC/STLC), and best practices.

Python scripting knowledge.

Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
