Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and expand business for Omicron’s instrumentation product portfolio, including Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS, Air Quality, and Water Quality sensors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position Omicron’s products.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiations, and order closure.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events to explore new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor technical sales engineers to enhance team performance.
  • Represent Omicron at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, delivery, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC and/or BMS industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling instrumentation and sensor products.
