Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team at Owlsure. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, end‑to‑end hiring experience, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for assigned roles (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIN , social channels, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct telephonic screening to assess fitment, skills, experience, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and track progress using recruitment dashboards/trackers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and status updates to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and assist in hiring drives whenever required.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Tech or corporate hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver within deadlines.
  • Experience using ATS/HRMS tools is an advantage.
