Head of Manufacturing

Our Client:

A well-established organization operating large-scale manufacturing facilities within the FMCG sector, where execution discipline, consistency, and operational control are critical to business performance.

Your Role:

This is an execution-focused manufacturing leadership role, positioned at the heart of plant operations. You will be responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and predictably in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role demands strong floor presence, practical decision-making, and the ability to keep operations stable while driving improvement.

You will play a key role in strengthening manufacturing discipline, supporting operational continuity, and enabling the factory to meet business demands without disruption.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily production activities to meet output and service requirements
• Ensure effective coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials
• Monitor plant performance and address operational gaps in real time
• Drive improvements in line stability, efficiency, and operating discipline
• Enforce safety practices and adherence to shop-floor standards
• Work closely with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain flow
• Lead structured problem-solving at the operational level
• Build accountability and capability within frontline teams

What You Bring:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing operations
• Mandatory Saudi Arabia manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership in plant or factory-based roles
• Strong understanding of high-volume, fast-moving production environments
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead through presence and execution
• Engineering or manufacturing-related background preferred
