Job Description

We’re building a modern mobile + web product and looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer / Lead who can own features end-to-end—from Flutter UI to NestJS APIs to AWS deployments.

What you’ll do

Build and ship Flutter apps (Android/iOS + Web) with clean architecture and great UX
Develop scalable backend services using Node.js + NestJS
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexing, and queries
Deploy and operate on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch; plus CDN/caching as needed)
Set engineering standards: code reviews, testing discipline, CI/CD, release practices
Collaborate closely with Product/Design/QA and mentor team members as a lead

Must-have skills

6–8 years of software development experience with production ownership
Strong hands-on experience in:
Node.js + NestJS (or strong Node with ability to adapt to NestJS)
MongoDB (data modeling, performance tuning)
AWS basics: EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch (deployment + ops mindset)
Flutter (mobile; web is a big plus)
Strong understanding of API design, auth (JWT/OAuth), validation, and secure coding

Good to have

Redis/caching, queues (SQS/RabbitMQ), WebSockets/real-time features
Docker, ECS/Fargate, or Kubernetes
Observability beyond CloudWatch (ELK/Grafana/Datadog)
Experience with scalable consumer apps and performance optimization
