Our Client is looking for an experienced TPM leader with a deep technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across engineering, product, data, and design teams. This individual will be responsible for guiding programs from vision to delivery while anticipating risks, influencing stakeholders, and empowering teams to move quickly and effectively.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years building or designing data‑intensive systems using distributed computing.
• 3+ years developing distributed systems or highly available services using cloud architectures - AWS preferred.
• 3+ years delivering highly scalable mobile platforms or products.
• 3+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• Experience leading large, complex technical programs, driving alignment, securing commitments, and unblocking teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Experience developing systems or products in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
