The Project Manager will lead and deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) projects based within India, ensuring products are brought to market efficiently, on time, and to specification.

Role Overview: You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of NPI and NPD projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the Indian market and regulatory environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead NPI and NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Aggreko’s QHSE standards.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

• Proven experience managing NPI/NPD projects, ideally in the energy or manufacturing sector.
• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment for new products.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., IPMA, APM, PMP) preferred.
