What You’ll Do
- Lead NPI and NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Aggreko’s QHSE standards.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven experience managing NPI/NPD projects, ideally in the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment for new products.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., IPMA, APM, PMP) preferred.
