Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead who demonstrates a high degree of

ownership, velocity, and technical leadership. This role requires hands-on technical expertise,

team guidance, and direct client interactions for technical discussions and inputs. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for understanding technical requirements, aligning the team, and

ensuring timely project deliveries while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience : 7 -12 years

Technical Expertise

Programming & Scripting: (Must-Have)

• Languages: C, C++

Networking & Protocols: (Must-Have 2 from below)

• Layer 2 Protocols: IEEE 802.1X, STP, RSTP, LLDP, VLAN, Redundancy Protocols (MRP,

SRM, etc.).

• Layer 3 Protocols: Routing (OSPF, BGP, VRRP, RIP, ARP, etc.).
• Industrial Protocols: Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA, DNS, NTP.

Security & Cryptography : (Good to have)

• Security Standards: IPSEC, Secure Boot, Signed Firmware, Certificate Validation,

TACACS+, MACsec.
