Role Description The Senior Team Manager role at Trabliss Holidays is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Senior Team Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the travel team, including planning and coordinating group and customized tours, managing client inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the travel lifecycle. This role involves supervising and mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and monitoring productivity to achieve business targets. The Senior Team Manager will collaborate with vendors, negotiate rates, and manage tour logistics such as bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation. Additional responsibilities include handling escalations, ensuring adherence to safety and comfort standards, analyzing sales performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives to grow the business.
Qualifications

  • Strong team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance supervision, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in travel operations, such as tour planning, itinerary design, bookings, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities, with a focus on safety, comfort, and customer satisfaction.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tours, deadlines, and operational priorities.
  • Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear verbal and written abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage operational challenges, travel issues, and escalated concerns.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and travel management tools; familiarity with ticketing or booking platforms is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism sector in a supervisory or managerial capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak travel seasons.
