Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Senior Talent Manager will oversee relationships with content creators, manage their career growth, and work closely with internal teams to align talent strategies with client campaigns. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding new talents, negotiating contracts, fostering collaborations, and monitoring project deliverables to ensure alignment with the brand and creator values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Management, Talent Representation, and Professional Development
• Relationship Management and Negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse creator partnerships
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, coupled with strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Familiarity with Influencer Marketing, Social Media Growth Strategies, and Content Creation trends
• Organizational, Time Management, and Collaborative Teamwork capabilities
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and an understanding of the creative and digital influencer landscape
• Experience working in the media, entertainment, or marketing industry is a plus.
