Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non IT)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non IT). The Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build and execute employer branding strategies, and identify top talent to meet organizational hiring needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing reports, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Experience with crafting and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
• Ability to develop effective Hiring plans and meet organizational staffing requirements
• Proven experience in maintaining high recruitment standards with non-IT roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the recruitment sector or HR industry is highly advantageous
• Salary Is Upto 10 LPA
