We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage our talent acquisition processes at corporate level. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in talent acquisition, either within the agrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, or recruitment consulting sectors, with a proven track record of building effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working closely with senior leadership to meet business needs.



About the Role-The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, developing, and executing sourcing strategies, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The candidate should possess a strong network in these industries and be capable of handling headhunting, specialised, niche, lateral and corporate and high-level recruitment challenges.



Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the needs of the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for specialised, niche, lateral and corporate and high-level recruitment, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements, including technical and leadership competencies.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent across a variety of functions and levels.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Executive Committee, Senior Leadership to advise on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to stay aligned on hiring priorities and ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including third-party recruitment agencies, to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values, ensuring candidates align with the organization’s ethos.


Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Use data to continuously optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment strategy and inform workforce planning.


Compliance & Diversity Initiatives

  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the talent acquisition process by implementing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring diverse candidates.

Experience:

  • 12-18 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within agrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, or high profiled recruitment consulting sectors.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various functions (technical, operations, leadership).
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across diverse roles.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific talent trends, challenges, and competitor landscape.
  • Proven success in building strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and external partners.


Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • High proficiency in leveraging recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to drive efficiency.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse recruitment performance and make actionable recommendations.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in developing employer branding strategies and delivering a positive candidate experience.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) are a plus.
