We are seeking a Senior T24 Business Analyst (AA) in a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, driving the implementation of T24 systems and providing recommendations for optimization. Responsibilities include understanding business processes, ensuring alignment of solutions with strategic goals, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports and documentation. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and resolve system and process-related challenges.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis, including creating and managing project documentation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience with Business Process analysis and optimization
• Skilled in gathering, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements
• Experience with T24 banking system customization and implementation workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic project needs
