We are hiring a Senior System Architect, on site in Muscat, to turn architecture into systems that stay fast under real load.

What you'll do: Own system level design where the blueprint meets real traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the platform's reference architecture into concrete, buildable system designs across the Front End and Back End domains
• Make the detailed calls on performance, scalability, resilience, and data flow
• Define component, service, and integration boundaries that delivery teams can build against cleanly
• Set non functional requirements, performance budgets, and quality bars, then hold the line on them
• Run system design reviews and resolve the hard cross domain trade offs
• Prototype and validate critical paths before they hit production scale
• Partner with solution, data, and platform architects to keep the system coherent end to end

What makes you a fit:

• You have designed production systems that stayed fast and stable as they scaled
• You reason as comfortably about Front End behavior as Back End, and the contract between them
• You think in latency, throughput, failure modes, and capacity
• You turn abstract architecture into designs engineers can build without guessing
• You hold a Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• You settle technical debates with evidence, not volume
• Bonus points for government or enterprise scale system design
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage
