Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with 20+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET, React, AI-driven enterprise applications, and Power Platform technologies including Power Automate.

The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise technology roadmaps, designing scalable cloud-native solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic digital transformation programs for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Create enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Lead modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures

Cloud & Digital Transformation

• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Design microservices and distributed system architectures
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD transformation strategies
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of enterprise platforms

Application Development Leadership

• Provide technical leadership for .NET and React-based applications
• Review solution architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization
• Guide engineering teams in implementing enterprise-grade solutions

AI & Automation

• Design and integrate AI-driven enterprise solutions
• Implement workflow automation using Power Automate
• Evaluate emerging technologies including GenAI and AI copilots

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and enterprise customers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in presales discussions, solution presentations, and technical workshops

Governance & Delivery

• Ensure architecture compliance, security standards, and governance
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and development teams
• Support large-scale enterprise delivery programs
