Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System and Solution Architect located in Kochi. The role involves leading the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategies and system architecture. Responsibilities include overseeing software and product development processes, drive Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ ML), creating innovative IT strategies, managing technology projects, and optimizing system performance. The individual will also collaborate across functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business goals and assist in the integration of IT solutions into supply chain processes.

ExCOMATIX is seeking a forward-thinking System and Solution Architect to serve as the company’s technology vision leader and core technologist. This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Kochi.

The individual will own the end-to-end technology strategy and lead all aspects of product engineering, architecture, and platform evolution. This role goes beyond operational IT leadership and focuses on shaping the long-term product vision, defining scalable architectures, and guiding the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business growth.

The individual will lead product development across cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, data, AI/ML, and emerging technologies, ensuring ExCOMATIX remains ahead of market trends and customer expectations.

This role works closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and business teams to translate strategic goals into high-impact technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development, Product Development and Integration with ERP Systems (i.e SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, etc)
• Proven skills in IT Strategy and System Architecture design
• Experience building AI Models
• Strong Project Management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and meeting targets
• Experience in leveraging technology to improve supply chain and business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Project Management skills will be a plus
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry or supply chain management is highly advantageous
