As a Senior Software Engineer at BairesDev, you will lead the design and development of complex enterprise applications using .NET technologies. You'll drive technical innovation, mentor junior developers, and create scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet critical business requirements.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop robust enterprise applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies.
• Lead technical design and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with .NET development (C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework).
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in full-stack .NET development and related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
