About the Role

A high-growth enterprise AI company is hiring Senior Software Engineers to take ownership of core product systems across Voice, Insights, and Agent Orchestration.

This is a hands-on senior role for engineers who build and ship production systems at scale, drive architecture decisions, and lead technically complex feature development inside fast-scaling environments.

You will operate with high autonomy, contributing across coding, system design, and cross-team execution while helping raise the technical bar of growing product teams.

This is a full in-office role based in NYC.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement production-grade backend and full-stack systems
• Drive architecture decisions for new products and core platform features
• Lead technically complex projects from design through deployment
• Build scalable infrastructure powering AI-driven workflows
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of distributed systems
• Partner closely with product and infrastructure teams
• Mentor engineers and elevate system design standards across teams

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience building production software at high-growth technology companies
• Strong coding ability, with deep proficiency in Python
• Experience with architecture design and leading technical initiatives
• Proven track record of owning complex systems end-to-end
• Experience in scaling environments (e.g., hyper-growth startups or high-bar tech companies)
• Clear communicator with strong technical leadership presence
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC (5 days in-office)

• Salary range: $250,000 – $330,000
