Senior Software Engineer- AI/ML

Job Purpose:

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that transform how legal operations function. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to automate legal workflows using AI, building intelligent tools such as AI agents, predictive risk systems, and self-service platforms, and rapidly shipping scalable production-grade solutions that significantly improve legal team efficiency.

Who You Are:

• 6–10 years of experience building and shipping production software with recent AI/ML implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in API development, system integration, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building reliable systems where accuracy and reliability are critical.
• Ability to rapidly build MVPs and evolve them into production-grade systems.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders and business teams to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs and AI agents can transform manual and operational workflows.
• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on writing scalable, secure, and high-quality code.
