Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind, with a proven track record of building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. This role requires technical leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Implement reusable components and ensure consistency across projects.

Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues to ensure smooth functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React.js with 5–7 years of frontend development experience.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend workflows.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

Knowledge of responsive design, crossbrowser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to TypeScript.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
