Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities And Duties

– Work closely with product owners to understand the requirements

– Build, design, develop and test application features as per requirements

– Write clean and testable code using TDD practices

– Work with QA engineers to maintain the quality of the product

Required Experience And Qualifications

Must Have Experience:

– Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience building full stack applications using one of the following languages – Java, PHP or Ruby

– Should be able to write clean Object Oriented code and write unit tests

– Experienced with MVC pattern and ORM technologies such as Hibernate or ActiveRecord

– Strong in SQL and exposure to either MySQL or PostgreSQL

– Experienced in building REST-based APIs

– Have exposure to atleast one JavaScript framework

– Exposure to any NoSQL storage such as Elastic search – CI/CD knowledge and understanding of release process – Understanding of Git
