Vice President - Java Full Stack

🚀 Hiring: Java Full Stack Lead | 12–20 Years | Banking Domain Preferred

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Lead to drive enterprise application development and lead high-performing engineering teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development using Java(v17+), Spring Boot & Microservices
• Drive front-end development with Angular (v17+) / React
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
• Lead & mentor teams; ensure best practices in design, coding & deployment
• Define CI/CD pipelines & cloud-native practices
• Drive API-first, containerization & cloud modernization initiatives

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java ecosystem, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Hands-on with Angular (v17+) / React
• Expertise in system design, distributed systems & design patterns
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
