Senior Social Media Expert

Location: Dehradun | Full-Time

Someone who lives and breathes content. If you can turn trekking experiences into stories people feel and know how to grow social media accounts with real impact, this role is for you.

• Creating high-quality content daily (Reels, posts, carousels, stories)
• Turning trekking experiences into engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Writing captions that hook people and spark conversations
• Managing content calendars and ensuring everything goes out on time (deadlines matter here)
• Understanding how content distribution works, not just posting but growing reach
• Using data and insights to improve content performance (reach, saves, engagement)
• Staying updated with trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Planning platform-wise growth strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Working closely with editors, designers, and creators to bring ideas to life
• Collaborating with influencers and building a strong online community

• 5+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts (this is important)
• Strong storytelling skills: you know what makes content click
• Excellent  understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ability to balance creativity with data and performance. 
• Highly organized and disciplined with deadlines
• A self-driven attitude (we trust you to own your work)
