We’re Hiring — Marketing & Growth Executive at Auxy AI, Pune

At Auxy AI, we’re building the future of business communication — AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, WhatsApp Automation, and RCS Broadcasting for modern companies.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, explorative, and creatively driven marketing professional who can take ownership and build from scratch. This role is for someone who is curious, experiments constantly, and understands how to connect product, customer experience, and growth.

This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. This is for a builder.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end LinkedIn content strategy and execution (storytelling, positioning, experimentation)
• Outbound outreach to decision-makers (cold DMs, email campaigns, creative hooks)
• Meeting generation for the founding team through structured and experimental campaigns
• Customer case studies and high-converting sales collateral
• WhatsApp and email campaigns with a strong focus on customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or tech marketing
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX), not just surface-level marketing metrics
• Proven ownership of LinkedIn content (strategy to execution to outcomes)
• Experience in cold outreach and generating qualified meetings
• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in day-to-day work
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently without structured teams

• Strong inclination toward experimentation and growth thinking
• Ability to think in funnels, journeys, and conversion optimization
• Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value
