Job Title : Senior Sitecore Developer Exp : 6+ Years Location : Chennai Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development and design Sitecore Developer Certification required Experience creating templates , pages , custom rules , and personalization features Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET , C# , MVC , and SQL In-depth knowledge of Sitecore Helix architecture and customization Experience developing and supporting Sitecore websites in scaled environments Experience customizing Sitecore Content APIs for integration with other applications Proficient in deployment , performance tuning , and support of Sitecore applications Functional Skills: Experience in Banking , Financial Services , or Fintech preferred Strong understanding of coding standards , security , unit testing , and documentation Experience working in Agile environments Ability to ensure high-quality architecture and design Research and adopt new technologies to improve product quality Soft Skills: Self-driven , proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to mentor others and share technical expertise Comfortable presenting ideas to senior management and stakeholders
