Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Segment Management Specialist to join our partner, excelling in the energy segment as they expand quickly.

Location: Budapest + Flexible Home Office options

Key Duties

Comprehensive campaign management (target audience formulation, breakdown of target groups, pricing strategy development, etc.)
Measuring sales activity, defining and measuring quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Portfolio analysis in collaboration with the related specialty areas
Assessing the effectiveness of sales and customer management, formulating improvement ideas
Representing business-side requirements in process and IT developments
Participation in system and product development processes and testing
Collaboration with other departments, professional support for colleagues, ongoing communication
Collecting and organizing data and information that support managerial decisions

Advantage

Industry-specific professional experience (electricity and natural gas trading)

SAP/CRM knowledge

Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in a large corporate environment
Agile-minded
Proficient in English
Confident in using Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Able to work well both in a team and independently. You perform under pressure
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Willing to be present at the Budapest office, with a home office option
