Job Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce + nCino + OmniStudio) Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Kolkata | Coimbatore Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years with nCino ? Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in nCino implementation and strong hands-on experience in LWC, Apex, and Salesforce DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Salesforce financial services implementations, a solid understanding of the banking domain, and a commitment to delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions integrating nCino functionality. Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Triggers to enhance Salesforce applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute solution strategies. Perform code reviews, technical documentation, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Work on OmniStudio (preferable) for digital automation and configuration workflows. Support DevOps and continuous integration/deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Interact with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory) 5+ years total experience in Salesforce development Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce DevOps (preferable Experience in the banking domain (preferred) Certifications: PD1 & PD2 ? Mandatory OmniStudio Certification ? Preferable Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality code Background Verification: BGV must be strong ?
