Location: Pokhara, Nepal

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Head

Salary Range: NPR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Vacancy: 1 Position

Position Overview

Brij Additives Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction chemical manufacturer under the Kedia Organisation, is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Sales Officer for Pokhara. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding dealer networks, and strengthening market presence across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of construction materials/chemicals and demonstrate proven ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Promote and sell construction chemical products including admixtures, waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, and industrial grouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, engineers, consultants, and hardware stores.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and site visits when required.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends.
  • Ensure effective credit control and timely collection of payments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.

Education

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals, cement, steel, or building materials sector.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Sound understanding of local construction market in Pokhara and surrounding regions.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
