Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, leading sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves identifying market opportunities, driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Actively generate sales and close high-value deals.

2. Train, mentor, and guide sales executives to enhance their productivity and performance.

3. Manage and supervise Sales Executives and the overall Sales Team.

4. Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client acquisition processes.

5. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

6. Ensure team alignment with company revenue goals and brand positioning.

7. Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings.

8. Build strong client relationships and expand the company’s market presence.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury interiors, lighting, furniture, or related industries
  • Must have existing professional relationships and a strong network with Interior Designers and Architects.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and trend identification
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the luxury design, architecture, or custom furniture industries is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for client meetings.


Salary: Up to 7.8 LPA + Attractive Commissions (based on performance)
