Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate, based in the Mohali district. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and providing insights for business decision-making. Leadership and mentorship of the sales team to drive performance are also key components of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of real estate market trends
- Skills in contract negotiation, transaction management, and conflict resolution
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team, including mentoring and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the real estate industry
- Professional qualifications or certifications in real estate, business administration, or a related field are a plus
- Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
