🏢 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR SALES & TEAM LEADER – REAL ESTATE
📍 Location: Mohali

📈 Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years in Sales
Homes Solutions, a RERA-approved real estate consultancy firm dealing in luxury real estate projects in Mohali, is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and result-oriented sales professional who has the ability to generate business, handle clients, and lead a sales team.
Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong sales experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle and convert prospective clients
• Manage regular follow-ups and client relationships
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct and manage property site visits
• Negotiate professionally and work towards successful deal closures
• Guide, motivate, and lead junior sales executives
• Monitor team follow-ups and sales performance
• Help develop effective sales and client-conversion strategies
• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Stay updated about luxury real estate projects and market trends
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience
• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team
• Result-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and earn incentives
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Honest, disciplined, punctual, and professionally responsible
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Quick learner with good decision-making abilities
• Must have own vehicle for local travel and site visits
COMPENSATION:
Attractive salary based on experience, skills, and capabilities + performance-based incentives.
Commission-based opportunities may also be considered for suitable candidates.
