Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a global, Korean-based semiconductor leader to identify a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive strategic growth across key accounts in the semiconductor industry. This is a high-level, direct-hire opportunity to own client relationships, influence business decisions, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic semiconductor accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, executive-level relationships with customers
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying high-value opportunities
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and report on account status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience
  • Resolve complex customer challenges with professionalism and strategic problem-solving


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success as a Sales Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar senior sales role in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong track record in strategic account growth, consultative sales, and relationship management
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
