We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately managing data entry functions while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and maintains a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive information.
You will play an essential role in maintaining data integrity, supporting internal departments, and contributing to efficient workflow management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in company databases and systems
Review documents and digital files for completeness and accuracy
Process administrative forms, reports, invoices, and related documentation
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and document archives
Respond to internal inquiries and provide timely administrative support
Schedule meetings, coordinate documentation, and assist with operational tasks
Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries
Identify data discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues appropriately
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
Assist with special projects and workflow improvements as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace
