Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, implement strategies to meet sales targets, and establish strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align sales strategies and tracking performance metrics for consistent improvement.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies and achieve revenue goals
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Knowledge in Real Estate and/or Premium Lifestyle Product Sales is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics Tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and problem-solving acumen
