Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Collection Executive. The role involves managing the debt recovery process to ensure timely collections from clients. Responsibilities include tracking overdue payments, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving disputes, conducting regular follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of collections activities. The Collection Executive is also expected to analyze customer financial behavior and provide key insights to optimize the collection strategies deployed.
