We are hiring for our client, a global digital engineering and technology services company, helping enterprises accelerate transformation across digital, cloud, data, and AI-led initiatives. We are looking for high-performing Senior Sales Managers who thrive on hunting new business and building strategic client relationships across global markets.

🌍 Markets: US, UK, Europe, Canada

📍 Location: Chennai, India / Global candidates open

What you’ll own:

• Drive net new logo acquisition in the mid-market segment ($500M–$5B revenue clients)
• Build and scale $1M–$2M+ annual revenue pipelines
• Engage directly with CXO stakeholders and decision-makers
• Sell high-value Digital, AI, Platform Engineering & Transformation services

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in IT Services sales with a strong hunter mindset
• Proven success in new business acquisition (not just farming)
• Experience selling consultative, solution-led offerings
• Strong exposure to industries like Fintech, ISV, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics
