Job Title: Program Manager – Data & Efficiency
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager who combines deep business understanding with strong program management and data analytics skills. This role will focus on planning and managing data maintenance, developing insightful dashboards and Excel tools, and driving projects that enhance efficiency and automation within Implementation team. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with cross-functional teams, automating workflows, and delivering data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the planning and execution of implementation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements.
- Partner with operations, business, and technical teams across multiple functions to support reporting, planning, and execution workflows, improving delivery consistency and turnaround time.
- Build and maintain standardized reporting processes, dashboards, and Excel-based tools to provide actionable insights and reduce manual effort.
- Automate recurring reporting and tracking workflows, saving significant manual hours and improving data accuracy.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring data and workflow issues, enhancing SLA adherence and reliability.
- Track and manage multiple projects focused on efficiency improvements and automation within payroll and related operations.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and change logs to support auditability and smooth transitions.
- Use data validation and quality checks to reduce reporting errors and rework.
- Deliver recurring reporting packs and dashboards with 100% on-time delivery, improving leadership visibility into KPIs, exceptions, and SLAs.
- Apply Lean principles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency gains and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications or training in project/program management is a plus.
- Proven experience in program management, business analysis, and data-driven reporting, preferably in payroll or related operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel (including VBA), and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience automating workflows and building scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, and AI/ML tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and US payroll regulatory environment.
- Ability to lead cross-regional projects and collaborate with global teams.
