Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, managing and growing relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, and reporting on sales forecasts and trends. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Networking
- Ability to analyze market trends, create forecasts, and develop sales strategies
- Experience in managing distributors and channel partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of the water technology or related industry is an advantage
