Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to new clients, presenting tailored travel solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts to ensure repeat business. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and program excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH.

Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in sales strategy, client relationship management, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and destination management sectors.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse client profiles effectively.
- Organizational and Analytical Abilities: Expertise in managing multiple accounts, developing sales reports, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales management platforms, and MS Office.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in handling luxury travel clients and corporate incentive programs is a strong advantage.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
