Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – SMB (SAP Business One)
Role Overview
high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth of SAP Business One solutions in the SMB segment. The role requires a consultative sales professional who can engage with business leaders, understand operational challenges, and position ERP-driven digital transformation solutions.
The candidate will own the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation to deal closure, and work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to win and deliver successful SAP Business One engagements.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise software sales or ERP solutions
- Prior experience in selling SAP Business One or similar ERP solutions to SMB customers is highly preferred
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the SMB segment for SAP Business One solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Engage with CXOs, business owners, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and position appropriate solutions
- Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales teams
- Prepare and manage commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision layers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and partner ecosystem to ensure successful deal closure and customer onboarding
Required Skills
- Strong technical acumen in SAP ecosystem, particularly SAP Business One
- Excellent solution selling and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate pricing and commercial terms effectively
- Experience managing complex enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder engagements
- Strong communication, relationship management, and consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP partners, ERP consulting firms, or enterprise technology companies
- Understanding of SMB market dynamics and industry-specific ERP requirements
Education Qualifications:
- Graduation/PG – Full time
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days
Location : Hyderabad or Pune
Work mode : Hyderabad (Hybrid)/ Pune (Remote)
