We are looking for a senior sales person for Trichy Upcountry location.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Trichyi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong sales force team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth by representing the company's products and services effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management
  • Strong skills in Distributor Management, Negotiation and Retailer Engagement
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Reporting
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in FMCG or a related industry is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus
