This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, generating leads, maintaining records of sales and negotiations, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active contributions to revenue growth are key aspects of this role.
- Strong sales expertise, including client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage tasks
- Experience in the real estate industry and local market knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to use CRM tools and other sales software effectively
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
