Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in our Noida office. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This role includes creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, evaluating client needs, and providing solutions using the company's product offerings. The Senior Sales Executive will closely collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sales strategy development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
  • Familiarity with technical product specifications, particularly in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum fabrication
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, and generate revenue opportunities
  • Experience in industrial sales or a fabrication-related domain is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
